Finding the right part

How do I find parts that fit my car?

Choose your make, model and engine in the vehicle selector, and the site shows only parts linked to that vehicle. Each listing also shows the OE numbers it matches and any fitment limits. If a listing says its fitment is still being confirmed, contact us before you order.

Can I search by registration number?

Registration lookup isn't available on the site. Please choose your make, model and engine instead; your V5C logbook shows your engine size and fuel type if you're not sure.

Why does my engine matter if I've picked the right model?

Many parts change with the engine, even within one model. The Vauxhall Astra J, for example, uses different oil filters for its petrol, 1.6 CDTi, 1.7 CDTi and 2.0 CDTi engines, so we match parts at engine level, not just by model name.

What is an engine code, and where do I find it?

An engine code identifies the exact version of your engine, such as T1DA on a Ford Focus Mk3 1.6 TDCi. It's often stamped on the engine or shown on a label under the bonnet, and a main dealer can confirm it from your vehicle identification number (VIN).

Why do brake pads depend on disc size?

Some models were built with different front disc sizes, and each size takes its own pads. A Vauxhall Astra J, for example, can have 276mm or 300mm front discs. Where it matters, the listing tells you which size a part fits.

What if I'm not sure a part will fit?

Contact us before you order by phone, WhatsApp or email, with your make, model, year, engine and any OE number from the old part. You can also WhatsApp a photo of the old part to 07459 209297, and we'll tell you which part you need.

OE numbers and part types

What is an OE number?

An OE (original equipment) number is the part number the vehicle manufacturer gives a part. It's the most reliable way to identify exactly which part your car needs, because it doesn't depend on descriptions or model names.

Where can I find the OE number on my old part?

It's often printed or stamped on the old part, and it may appear in your service records or dealer paperwork. If you can't find it, search by make, model and engine instead.

Do you sell genuine or aftermarket parts?

Both. Our range includes genuine OE parts and quality aftermarket parts from brands such as LuK, Sachs, Valeo, Febi, MAHLE and Elring. Every listing shows the OE numbers the part matches, so you can compare like for like.

What's the difference between genuine and aftermarket parts?

Genuine parts are supplied by or for the vehicle manufacturer. Aftermarket parts are made by other companies to fit the same vehicles, often at a lower price. Quality aftermarket parts are designed to match the original part's fit and function.

Can I search by OE or part number?

Yes. Type the OE number or the brand's part number into the search bar, with or without spaces or dashes, and matching parts will appear.

Ordering and payment

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track your orders under Manage my order and makes future orders quicker.

How can I pay?

You can pay by debit or credit card through Stripe, our secure payment provider, or with PayPal. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.

How do I know my order has been placed?

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your payment goes through. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us with your name and the email address you used.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll let you know if it can still be changed. Your legal cancellation rights are explained in our Terms & conditions.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses across the UK, including homes, garages and business premises, and we deliver internationally too. Delivery costs outside the UK vary by country and are shown at checkout before you pay.

How much does delivery cost?

UK delivery is free on orders over £50. For smaller UK orders and for international orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

Order by 3pm on a working day for next working day delivery in the UK, and UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout and explained on our Delivery page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order is dispatched, we'll email you its tracking number. If you have an account, you can also check its status under Manage my order.

Do you charge extra to deliver heavy parts?

No. Heavy parts such as clutch and flywheel kits cost the same to deliver as any other part.

Returns and refunds

How do I return a part?

You can return a part within 14 days of receiving it. Our Returns policy explains the conditions and where to send it, and you can contact us with your order number if you have a question.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

Contact us with your order number, and we'll explain how to return it. Parts that are unused, unfitted and in their original packaging can normally be returned under our Returns policy.

What if a part arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if you can, photos of the part and its packaging; WhatsApp on 07459 209297 is the quickest way to send them. Faulty parts are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return a part that's been fitted?

If a part has been fitted and isn't faulty, we may not be able to give a full refund. Please check the OE number and fitment notes on the listing before fitting; our Returns policy explains the details.

How long do refunds take?

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned part, to the payment method you used.

Do you supply garages and trade customers?
